As one of the co-founders of Gumbo FM, Mr Superior has been learning his radio craft since he landed in the Steel City in 1995: Soaking up the 7 hill vibes, with the occasional gig and making some great connections.

Having DJ’d for years on the down low…. Ron finally found the vehicle for his love of Breaks, hiphop, disco and strange beats: Gumbo FM.

A complete vinyl addict, Ron is happy to switch to serato and USB sessions….especially as some of his more interesting tunes can only be found digitally.
